"When we were told at our 20-week ultrasound that our little boy would have a bilateral cleft lip and palate and potentially other issues, our first call was to the craniofacial team at UCSF. During prenatal visits, the team prepared us for what was to come and within days of his birth began treatment. What they do isn't just about "fixing" a problem. Instead, they work with the entire family to address the myriad challenges that can span a lifetime. They are now a part of our family."
