UCSF Craniofacial Center COVID19 Update

Date:
Thursday, April 30, 2020

Dear families and patients of the Craniofacial Center,

We realize this has been a very trying time for our families as we navigate life suddenly changed by the spread of Covid19.  We want you to know that top UCSF experts are working closely with National and local health agencies to learn the best ways to protect patients and their families and provide the UCSF and greater communities with guidelines to reduce the spread of this terrible disease.

We understand that UCSF patients and families have needed to adjust very quickly to County and State Shelter in Place orders, and we recognize that there are new financial and emotional needs that our families face.

Due to the mandate to engage in social distancing, our face-to face-appointments have mostly been converted into televisits.  We want you to know that all of our staff continue to be available to help you and answer questions, via phone or email.  Our Center telephone number is: 415-476-2221.

We hope our message finds you well and don’t hesitate to call us if you have questions. We provide a list of links (below) that could be helpful to you and your family with useful resources.

Best regards,

The Craniofacial Staff
